The ability to machine instead of broach internal features offers calculable gains in productivity, economy and flexibility in dimension control and geometry over spline broaching, keyway broaching and wire edm processes.

There are numerous configurations of potential internal & cavity geometry including; internal splines, keyways, square holes, oil grooves, helical features, drivers, hex holes etc. We are able to produce standard forms, create tooling for new geometry, or to replicate from a sample as a standard.
